Exploring the deeper possibilities and practises of Breathwork

Breathwork has been a subject for investigation since the emergence of an awareness in humanity which allowed us to observe ourselves and our mental process. Contemporary, we also began the practice of consciously shaping breath instead of it being automatic.
Breath is always with us but a conscious use of it has exhibit the connection with a vitalizing life energy. The concept of a subtle but powerful Life Energy has through the ages had many names. Chi, Ki, Prana, Libido, Orgon, etc. all describe this moving and pulsating essence of life.
Much has been achieved in understanding and using Breath. But how can people today get benefitted? How can Breathwork nowadays be utilized for health and wellbeing? How can Psychodynamic Breathwork open our awareness and offer a wider perspective of ourselves and the world?
What affect Breathwork has on the body and mind is a knowledge that can be acquired through practical experience. This will be presented, reflected on, and tried out during these three days. Breath exercises that raise the life energy, transmutes emotions, broadens the mind and creates an inner room for acceptance and content.
Seminar leader:
Bo Wahlström is born in Sweden but travels in many different countries to share his experience from being a seeker and explorer of human consciousness since the 70-ties.
As a renowned teacher of Breathwork for 40 years, corporate consultant and individual therapist, he is appreciated for his knowledge, empathy, clarity and sense of humor.
Language: The retreat is held in english. (German translation is possible)
Location: Finkenwerder Hof (167 km north of Berlin)
Costs: 320 EUR (+Accomodation between 130-230 EUR and Full Board 33 EUR)
Prerequisites: You are an experienced Breathworker or Breathwork Facilitator

Through loving, conscious breathing, we anchor ourselves in the FELTSENSE Meditation in our body. We open ourselves to everything that wants to show itself. Body sensations receive our full attention by allowing us to feel them or even name them. We don't analyze or evaluate anything and so our mind can come to rest. Everything is allowed to be exactly as it shows itself to us today and this loving attention allows energies to start moving again and blockages to begin to gently dissolve.
