Endlich: Die Weltatemkonferenz / Global Inspiration Conference, kurz GIC, findet 2022 zum ersten Mal in Deutschland statt. Vom 6.-13. August 2022 bietet dieser inspirierende Kongress ein vielseitiges Programm, das Atemtherapeut*innen, Atemtrainer*innen und allen Interessierten, die wunderbare Gelegenheit gibt, die Kraft des bewussten Atems in seinen vielen, unterschiedlichen Facetten kennenzulernen.
Ich freue mich sehr auf eine spannende Zeit mit euch, das Leben zu feieren und gemeinsam mit euch zu atmen. An einem der Konfereztage werde ich selbst einen ATEMWORKSHOP anbieten mit dem Titel:
Breathing the song of my soul

What if there is no separation and WE ARE all there is in every moment. Our experiences move through us in time and we could consciously choose what we are manifesting? In every breath you can become aware of the stories that you tell yourself and maybe – if you are willing – from here you create a new future that already exists in your heart? I invite you to come with me on a deep inner journey into your presence and let the breath be your guide. BREATHE and FEEL: This is who you truly are and from here everything arises. There is nothing to do, but ALLOW… Allow to shine our light. Are you ready…?

Through loving, conscious breathing, we anchor ourselves in the FELTSENSE Meditation in our body. We open ourselves to everything that wants to show itself. Body sensations receive our full attention by allowing us to feel them or even name them. We don't analyze or evaluate anything and so our mind can come to rest. Everything is allowed to be exactly as it shows itself to us today and this loving attention allows energies to start moving again and blockages to begin to gently dissolve. Sensations are the language of the body and therefore portals to a deeper knowledge within us. In the FELTSENSE Through meditation we learn to listen to this inner wisdom again and to use the messages it contains positively for our lives...

Do something good for yourself once a month. Make yourself comfortable in the rooms of the DEINRAUM practice and let me accompany you with the singing bowls. You can simply relax and let go. The vibrations of the singing bowls have a harmonizing effect on our body and nervous system and at the same time create access to resources and creativity. Your inner battery can recharge and you can give your wishes a new direction with clear intensity.
Sometimes all it takes is the sensual experience of the sound, your permission to feel or surrendering to your basic trust. Other times we might go on a journey into your inner garden or beyond the rainbow... let yourself be surprised.
