How am I feeling right now?
I think this question is the most important thing at the moment. Often our quick answer is: „Fine“ or „I'm fine“ when someone else asks us that. But have we even noticed ourselves? Asking myself this question does not even mean that I have to have an answer ready, nor is it a request for self-optimization or self-assessment. The question could be a lovingly meant invitation to pause for a moment and listen: Do I take myself true and like do I perceive myself? In this moment - consciously making contact with myself.
In this breathing workshop we take time to explore what you want to feel right now. How good it feels to be accompanied by the conscious breath. To feel: I am not alone in times of great change.

Let yourself breathe @ Darjas Yurtas
Darjas Yurtas (check out the beautiful pictures here) is a magical place in Andalusia (Spain) 40 km north of Malaga airport. It is located about 1.5 km from the Mediterranean Sea, beautifully embedded in nature.
The crickets chirp and sometimes a few dogs bark, but otherwise it is mostly peaceful and quiet... A perfect place to just be and breathe... to simply let all interactions with the outside world rest and dive deep into your own self, to come into feeling contact with your own soul.
If you sometimes feel like you have lost the connection to yourself or to what is really important for you in your life right now - if you are constantly challenged by your emotions or feel kidnapped by your thoughts ... I invite you to take a deep breath right now....
